THE TREE
by Sandile - who is one of the valued members of the Savanna family

The tree is only two kilometers from the Newington Gate
Of the Great Kruger land ( Sabi Sabi ).
It is such a small tree with nine branches
Which are numbered Suites one to nine
All are supported by one stem, Paddy, " the heart and soul"
It has three main roots
Mike Davis, Mike Pimstein and Iain Mackenzie
With David Blumberg as the tap root.

It's shade is known worldwide
It is known as the African Experience.
The shade is cool enough for rest.
Under the tree are Neil, Shaune and Sam.
All to share the bush experience with those from the cities.

Residents from Justicia enjoy themselves
with the fruits from the tree.
It provides job opportunities
It takes the burden of educational fees away from parents.

Savanna, You are the tree of wisdom,
The source of empowerment.
Peace, pleasure and humbleness is in you.
May all those dwelling under your shade
Find peace therein.
